Refund Policy

Termination 

All fees for the sessions are non-refundable. In the event of Empower Wellness Coaching, LLC termination that is not the result of Client’s breach of this Agreement, Client will not owe any additional payments to Empower Wellness Coaching, LLC. In the event Client terminates this Agreement, and the termination is not the result of Empower Wellness Coaching, LLC's breach of this Agreement, Client will remain obligated to pay any outstanding fees owed to Empower Wellness Coaching, LLC.

 

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing coaching, Empower Wellness Coaching, LLC has a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any coaching and no refunds will be provided to you. By using and/or purchasing coaching, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

 

In the event of termination, Client’s access to the coaching materials, as defined below, will be immediately terminated upon notice of termination.
