Lying Awake With Your Mind Racing?

Stress Management Coaching for Women, Led by a Registered Nurse

Free 30 minutes - Zoom - Available in most U.S. states (see FAQ)

You don't need another rigid plan or another app. Work one-on-one with a Registered Nurse who understands how stress affects your sleep, energy and health. Together we'll build small, realistic habits that help you feel calmer day to day.

Does this sound familiar?
  • Your mind is still racing when you finally get into bed.

  • You keep everything running for everyone else, and there's nothing left for you.

  • Small things feel bigger than they should, and you're tense most of the day.

  • You've tried apps, journals and planners, but none of them fit your schedule.

  • You can feel stress wearing on your sleep, energy and health, and you're ready to do something about it.

What changes when we work together

We look at the whole picture: stress, sleep, energy, nutrition, movement, boundaries and daily routines. Then we choose a few small changes that fit the life you actually have.

What that can look like:

  • Falling asleep without replaying tomorrow's to-do list

  • A two-minute reset you can use in the car, at your desk or in the kitchen when stress spikes

  • Saying no to the extra request without lying awake about it later

  • A simple daily routine that leaves you feeling steadier, not more scheduled

What Clients Say

"I had a long list of things I wanted to improve, like getting more sleep, finding more time to relax... Rachel helped me prioritize what mattered most and break it down into realistic, achievable steps."

Why Work With a Nurse Coach Instead of a Life Coach?

Stress doesn't just live in your head. It shows up in your body.

A life coach can help you set goals and stay motivated. That's valuable. But stress and burnout aren't only a mindset problem. They affect your sleep, your energy, your appetite, your patience and your health.

As a Registered Nurse, I've spent more than 18 years watching how stress plays out in the body. I bring that understanding to every session, so we work on what's happening physically as well as what's happening in your day to day life.

Meet Your Coach

Rachel Smith BSN | RN

I've been a Registered Nurse for more than 18 years, much of it in oncology. Caring for patients and families through some of the hardest moments of their lives showed me how much stress affects sleep, energy and health, and how much small daily habits can help.

I'm also a mom of three, so I know what it's like when your mind won't switch off at night.

Now I work with women who are successful on the outside and stretched thin on the inside. I don't believe in rigid plans or chasing perfection. Lasting change happens comes from small choices that fit your real life, and I'll help you find yours.

How it works

Three Simple Steps
  1. Free discovery call. A relaxed 30-minute conversation about what's going on and what you want to change. You'll leave with the one change most likely to help you feel better this week, whether or not we work together.

  2. Your personal plan. Together we build a realistic plan for stress, rest, energy and routines that fits your schedule.

  3. One-on-one support. Regular Zoom sessions with a nurse in your corner, plus accountability and adjustments as life happens.

Questions Women Often Ask

How is a nurse coach different from a life coach? Life coaches help with goals and motivation, and no license or health training is required. I'm a Registered Nurse with more than 18 years of experience, so I also understand how stress affects your sleep, energy and health, and I know when something needs a doctor's attention.

Is this therapy or medical care? No. This is wellness coaching. I bring my nursing background, but I don't diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Coaching works alongside the care you get from your doctor or therapist.

Do I meet with you in person? All sessions are on Zoom, so you can join from home or work.

Where do you work with clients? I work with women in all U.S. states except: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, D.C.

What does coaching cost? Programs start at $1,200 for 4 one-on-one sessions over 1-2 months with a Registered Nurse. Every program includes a personalized plan and support between sessions, and payment plans are available. We'll talk through the options on your complimentary discovery call, and there's no pressure or obligation to decide that day.

What happens on the discovery call? We talk about what you're dealing with and what you'd like to feel instead. You'll leave with one specific first step you can start this week, whether or not we work together.
