Exhausted, Overwhelmed and Running on Empty?
Burnout Recovery Coaching for Women, Led by a Registered Nurse

Burnout doesn't fix itself with one good weekend. It builds slowly, and it takes a real plan to recover. Work one-on-one with a Registered Nurse who understands what burnout does to your body and your energy, and rebuild one realistic step at a time.

Does this sound familiar?
-
You wake up tired, even after a full night in bed.
-
You're getting through each day, but you're not really living it.
-
Things you used to enjoy now feel like one more item on the list.
-
You're the one everyone relies on, and you can't remember the last time you rested.
-
You took a vacation and came back just as drained.
What changes when we work together
Burnout touches every part of life, so we look at all of it: workload, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, boundaries and the routines that fill your days. Then we pick the few changes that will make the biggest difference first.
What that can look like:
-
Waking up with enough energy to get through the afternoon without crashing
-
Saying no to one more commitment without the guilt spiral afterward
-
A weekly rhythm with real rest built in, even on busy weeks
-
Knowing what drains you and what refills you, so you catch burnout early next time
What Clients Say
"As a mom of four kids who works full time, my schedule is packed, and making healthy changes felt like this enormous, overwhelming challenge... that dedicated time to step back and focus on me was invaluable."
Kristen F., Idaho
Why Work With a Nurse Coach Instead of a Life Coach?
Stress doesn't just live in your head. It shows up in your body.
A life coach can help you set goals and stay motivated. That's valuable. But stress and burnout aren't only a mindset problem. They affect your sleep, your energy, your appetite, your patience and your health.
As a Registered Nurse, I've spent more than 18 years watching how stress plays out in the body. I bring that understanding to every session, so we work on what's happening physically as well as what's happening in your day to day life.
Topic | Life Coach | Nurse Coach |
|---|---|---|
Training | No license or health training required | Registered Nurse, 18+ years of clinical experience |
Focus | Goals, mindset, motivation | All of these plus: Your body, mind, daily habits together |
Sleep, energy, and stress | General tips | Knows how stress affects sleep, hormones, and energy |
When somethings needs a doctor | May not recognize it | Recognizes when to see a doctor or therapist and helps you get there |
Standards | Varies by coach | Bound by the nursing code of ethics and HIPPA |
Burnout drains you physically, not just emotionally. I help you rebuild energy in ways your body can actually sustain.

Rachel Smith BSN | RN
I've been a Registered Nurse for more than 18 years, much of it in oncology. Caring for patients and families through some of the hardest moments of their lives taught me how deeply stress, sleep and daily habits shape how we feel, and how much the body carries when we push through for too long.
I'm also a mom of three, so I know what it's like to keep everything running and put yourself last.
Now I work with women who are successful on the outside and exhausted on the inside. I don't believe in rigid plans or chasing perfection. Lasting change happens through small, intentional choices that fit into your real life, and I'll help you find yours.

Questions Women Often Ask
How is a nurse coach different from a life coach? Life coaches help with goals and motivation, and no license or health training is required. I'm a Registered Nurse with more than 18 years of experience, so I also understand how stress affects your sleep, energy, and health, and I know when something needs a doctor's attention.
Is this therapy or medical care? No. This is wellness coaching. I bring my nursing background, but I don't diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions. Coaching works alongside the care you get from your doctor or therapist.
Do I meet with you in person? All sessions are on Zoom, so you can join from home or work.
Where do you work with clients? I work with women in all U.S. states except: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, D.C.
What does coaching cost? Programs start at $1,200 for 4 one-on-one sessions over 1-2 months with a Registered Nurse. Every program includes a personalized plan and support between sessions, and payment plans are available. We'll talk through the options on your free discovery call, and there's no pressure or obligation to decide that day.
What happens on the discovery call? We talk about what you're dealing with and what you'd like to feel instead. You'll leave with one specific first step you can start this week, whether or not we work together.
